Punish Yourself / Take Care Of Yourself:

1. Get up to work while it’s still dark

2. Exercise hard — you’re sitting too still the rest of the time

3. No candy… makes you jittery

4. Less alchohol… makes you sleepy

5.  Eat breakfast… high in fiber

6. Maintain hygiene (tooth brushing, showers, hair removal, laundry, a clean workspace, etc)

7. NO SHENANIGANS. WRITE OR DIE
